2851 UEE
Each of the four habitable planets here was sold by the UEE to a different MegaCorp in 2938. The most developed non-Sol system in the empire.
Stanton is the game's tutorial system and most players' home in the Verse. Hurston is mining and heavy industry; Crusader is ship manufacturing and cloud cities; ArcCorp is electronics and sprawling urbanization; microTech is software and frozen wilderness.
Every Stanton world is functionally a company town at planetary scale. UEE law applies, but the corporations write the local regulations, run the police, and own the land. For most players this is invisible. For anyone who gets on a Hurston Dynamics blacklist, it is very, very visible.
